Miriam Katherine McDonald was born on July 26 1987 in Oakville, Ontario. Most know her as her character Emma on Degrassi.
She's also done voice overs for cartoons and has been in the Lifetime movie "She's Too Young."
Miriam may be familiar to many as the Voice of YTV. Her other voice-over credits include 13 episodes for each of the
animated series Ripping Friends, Cyberchase and Pecoca as well as voicing the lead in the animated series Englebert. Miriam
also appeared as a series regular on the television series System Crash. Miriam is also an accomplished dancer. She was recently
awarded a scholarship with Toronto's Canadian Children's Dance Theatre (CCDT) but opted to pursue acting for the time being.
